To be eligible to register and use mr888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

mr888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register one Account on mr888. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid date of birth, a current Indonesian residential address, a valid mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, mr888 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding voided bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting mr888 customer support. In such cases, any verified real-money balance will be returned following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Note that voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations the Player has to mr888 arising prior to the date of closure.
